Sixty years ago, Pere Gallés and his wife Gloria kneaded with love what for them were only bread and pastries, simple foods that made everyone who tasted them happy. They did not know then that the quality of their creations and the passion with which they took care of every detail would elevate them to the heights of what Santagloria Coffee & Bakery is today.
